Will & Grace to me is one of the best tv shows ever!!! It touches a lot of emotions that friends share, be it gay, straight or otherwise. I also feel it was one of the best written shows as well. Each of the four characters play a huge role in each episode and in their own way are all the stars, not just the main two. Will & Grace is an American television sitcom that aired for eight seasons on NBC from 1998 to 2006, and resumed on September 28, 2017.[1][2]The show earned sixteen Emmy Awards, and 83 nominations. Will & Grace is set in New York City and focuses on Will Truman, a gaylawyer, and his best friend Grace Adler, a straight Polish Jewish woman who runs her own interior design firm. Also featured are their friends Karen Walker, a rich socialite; Jack McFarland, a struggling gay actor/singer/dancer who also has had brief careers as a choreographer, cater-waiter, nurse and talk show host; and Rosario Salazar, Karen's maid with whom she has a love-hate relationship.
Will & Grace is the most successful series portraying gay principal characters, despite initial criticism for its particular portrayal of gay people, as it went on to become a staple of NBC's Must See TV Thursday night lineup, where it was ensconced in the Nielsen Top 20 for half of its network run. Every single episode of the series was directed by James Burrows; one of the show's executive producers. In January 2017, NBC announced that the series would return for a 12-episode season during the 2017–18 season.[3] All four principal cast members (Debra Messing, Eric McCormack, Sean Hayes, and Megan Mullally) have already confirmed their return to the revival.[4] An additional four episodes were ordered on August 3, 2017, for a total of 16, and a tenth and eleventh season were also ordered.[5]
As of April 4, 2019, 228 episodes of Will & Grace have aired, concluding the tenth season.

Will and Grace discuss how upset they are about Donald Trump being a candidate for President of the United States. Karen walks in, voicing her support for Trump, followed by Jack, who doesn't think he's going to vote because he is undecided. Grace tries to convince him to vote for Hillary Clinton, while Karen tries to convince him to vote for Trump. Shelley Morrison makes a cameo as Rosario and her mother. The cast reunited to film a 10-minute scene related to the 2016 United States presidential election where the characters talk about the importance of voting and who they think should win the election. It was released on September 26, 2016.[85] After the release of the webisode, it was rumored the show would get a revival, which was later confirmed by NBC in January 2017. |

65 | 13 | 'The Alternative' | Marta Kauffman | Marta Kauffman & Howard J. Morris | January 18, 2019 | |
In the wake of their fight in the previous episode, Grace and Frankie separately yet simultaneously imagine what their lives would have been like had they not moved in together after the events of three years before. Frankie, having suffered not one but three strokes, would still be living with newlyweds Robert and Sol - who are secretly planning on moving to a new home without her. Grace would be coming to town with her harmless and vacuous second husband Jack Patterson (George Hamilton) after extensive cosmetic facial surgery (her new face and lips like 'Carly Simon') for Brianna’s 40th birthday. After the party completely falls apart, Grace and Frankie argue about a samovar that is now their friend Babe’s urn, as well as Grace’s inability to go to her funeral because she couldn’t face Robert. The ladies would realize that Babe left the samovar to both of them because she knew how much they meant to each other. This provides the reality check Grace and Frankie need; they make amends and vow their friendship to each other. Frankie is overjoyed and ready to go back to their beach house ... and then Grace sheepishly tells her that she had married Nick the night before. |
